Thank you to everyone who participated in, donated to, and volunteered at this year’s HEASNJ Golf Outing. It was a tremendous success, raising meaningful funds for the Thomas M. Curry Scholarship Fund, which provides annual scholarships to students pursuing higher education.
A special thank you goes to Craig Hall, the Executive Committee, and to Ron Fanelli and Tom Lewis for capturing the day through photos. It certainly looked like everyone had a great time. And of course, a special thank you to Jim Walsh—for being Jim Walsh. |

Emerging Regional Leader Award
Application open February 1 and the deadline is April 1. Applicants will be notified by May 1.
ASHE promotes the Emerging Regional Leader Award program as an opportunity to recognize future leaders and young professionals within the field of health care engineering and facilities management. The award recognizes one individual from each of the ten ASHE regions for their demonstrated leadership skills, exemplary commitment to their local chapter or community, or to the healthcare profession.
This prestigious award also supports the overarching strategic goal of enhancing the pipeline of future leaders to fulfill important roles within the workforce of health care facilities and aids members’ efforts with succession planning. Members and chapter leaders are encouraged to identify individuals who are in the beginning stages of their careers and who show promise as future leaders. Given this, ASHE encourages applicants who are young professionals and those new to the field of health care facilities management to apply.
